- What happens after the free limits?
- You can keep adding records by hand and viewing what you already saved. Plus unlocks more pets, plenty of vault uploads and Smart Scans, and full report sharing.
- Can I have more than 10 pets?
- Plus covers up to 10 pets, which is enough for most households. If you run a rescue or have a bigger pack, email support@mypetvault.org and we will work something out.
- Can I cancel Plus?
- Yes. You can cancel anytime from the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your records stay yours.
